The room was great! It included direct access to the connected shopping center and the promenade. The marina view from the room was beautiful (especially at sunset!). The access to the club lounge was fantastic and included lunch.
The USB-A ports next to the bed were not working.

the location on the marina was amazing! the view from my room was excellent. the bed was very comfortable! i also found the food to be very good.
the room cleaning was inadequate, it fell far below the standards expected at a 5-star hotel. i reported several issues multiple times, but no corrective action was taken. there was a persistent noise from the bathroom ventilation, it was also reported but ignored. the staff at the hotel entrance frequently neglected to acknowledge guests.

Inconsistent Experience at This Hotel
repetitive buffetnon-smoking area
I found some issues . Instead, I had to eat repetitive buffet meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cigar lounge lacked a non-smoking area. (As a non-smoker, this bothered me a lot.)

Excellent Hotel with Convenient Access

The hotel is connected directly to the mall and located right on the marina. The pool provided great fun, especially with the party hosted. Buffet breakfast was actually worth the money. I was contacted by Mr adel during my entire stay ensuring that everything was fine.
I stayed for a week, and I would have returned. There was an issue with the 500AED 'holding' payment. They stated they would hold it on my card if I used the mini fridge or ordered room service to the room, but I did neither.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices. I appreciated the fresh fruit selection.
The room cleaning was not thorough. I found dust in several areas. I also noticed the bathroom mirror had streaks. It detracted from the overall experience. I expected more attention to detail.

The location worked GREAT! it is adjacent to a mall. This offers convenient access. My room included soft linen and down pillows. I appreciated the nicely chilled pool, though it ISN'T adults-only. The food served at the pool was higher quality than the JW Dining Room, which i found a plus.
the usb-a ports beside the bed did not work. the reading lights above the bed also failed to operate. room service sometimes came only after 3.30pm. this timing felt too late.

The valet service was courteous. Khantaj offered respectful treatment! staff members like harshit, rifat, and khushi helped host an lovely event. their attention created a very pleasant EXPERIENCE.

broken usbmediocre food
The room had several issues. Usb ports did not work and reading lights were broken. room service was often late and occurred after 3:30pm. the pool area felt overcrowded because it was open to non-guests, and there were not enough sun loungers available.
